California Earthquake Protection

Your Homeowners or Renters policy DOES NOT protect you for Earthquake damage!

Not all earthquake policies are the same. Some have extremely high deductibles while others  provide very little coverage for your personal belongings. We will help you decide which is best for you.

For example, if you have a large amount of equity in your home, you would want a “bucket” policy. If you are simply trying to satisfy the terms of the bank, you might choose a “skinny” policy.

The important point is to at least have the discussion to see if earthquake insurance makes sense for you and your family.
